DETAILS & CONDITIONS
DUE TO A MAJORITY OF EVENTS BEING BOOKED OVER THE PHONE WE WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUING CONTRACTS. LISTED BELOW ARE SOME GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN WHICH WE FOLLOW. BY BOOKING YOUR EVENT AND PAYING THE DEPOSIT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ & AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
ROOM RENTAL INFORMATION
$200.00 room fee for large banquet room - minimum head count is a guaranteed 30 people. If your head count falls below 30 people you would still be required to pay for 30 people.
$100.00 room fee for smaller banquet room - minimum head count is a guaranteed 20 people. If your head count falls below 20 people you would still be required to pay for 20 people.
Room fee includes table set up, clean up, white table linens, china, silverware and glassware. This fee is paid upfront as the deposit and is a wash at the time of final payment.
Special color linen request available upon request (additional charge will apply - ask for specific size pricing).
BOOKING TIMES
Room rental is for a total of 4 hours this includes set up/ event/ clean up) or may be spilt up how you wish. Additonal time may not be booked with initial booking but can be added on one week prior to the event if time slots are available. If additional time is needed and is available a $60.00 per hour fee will apply.
Booking times (please note that times listed below include the 1 hour to decorate listed above)
Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 3:00 or 5:00 to 9:00
Sunday any start time after 1:00
Due to the unforeseen circumstance of funeral dinners, booking times do not apply and is based on availability.
DECORATIONS
Any and all decorations brought in must be taken with at the end of your event. An additional $50.00 clean up charge will apply for any decoration, balloons, boxes etc… left behind. This also applies to extreme mess clean ups such and confetti poppers, smashed cakes, excessive popped balloon's etc… absolutely no build your own flower bars.
No confetti, feathers, small paper cutouts, candles or tea lights. Any candle must be battery operated. No decorations of any kind may be taped to any wall. window or molding. If anything is taped to our walls there will be an additional $100.00 charge. Areas that may be decorated are fireplace, sideboards and tables.
MENUS, HEAD COUNT & OUTSIDE FOOD
Trio Package not available on Friday & Saturday night.
Final head count is due 2 weeks prior to event. Final head counted given is what will be charged - unless more guest attend than you will be charged accordingly. If extra seating is requested to be set up we will consider that the guest will be attending and will be charged accordingly. If you need specific seating arrangements this must be given at the time of giving your final head count.
When bringing your own desserts you must provide your own platters, dessert plates and take out boxes. No fruit, veggie, meat & cheese trays may be brought in only desserts are permitted.
No outside beverages or alcohol allowed. Any alcoholic favors can not be placed on the table and must be distributed at the end of your event.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
6% sales tax & 20% gratuity will be added onto all packages.
3% surcharge applied to all bills paid with a credit card.
If event is cancelled 1 month in advanced any deposits or payments made will be refunded.
If event is cancelled 1, 2, or 3 weeks before event only payments will be refunded not the deposit.
